This small batch of tea was personally crafted for you by Steven Smith, teamaker. It's beautifully simple, really. Just carefully chosen lots of freshly-harvested peppermint from our friends on the other side of Mt. Hood. About 35 years ago, Smith began working with farmers here in Oregon to introduce their peppermint tea to the world. Prior to that all we had was that Egyptian mint dust. Thanks, Steve.
