We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Office Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
This is a multi-faceted leadership role that combines sales, customer service, and office management. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, quick decision-maker, and highly organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including crew scheduling, dispatch, troubleshooting, and administrative duties. Perform on-site estimates and quality spot checks to ensure jobs meet company standards. Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls: generate interest, qualify prospects, and close sales. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Oversee paperwork, planning, and scheduling to keep operations running smoothly. Support and lead staff with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and teamwork. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales/Office Manager in the moving & storage industry (required).
Strong sales skills with proven ability to generate and close sales. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with computers and office software. Ability to work independently while leading a team effectively. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. High energy, dependable, and able to build trust and rapport with customers.
