Features and Benefits:
Some 3.0L Diesel Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep vehicles include 24mm NOX and SOOT sensors mounted in the exhaust system similar to O2 sensors used with gas engine vehicles. These sensors are normally mounted between the top of a exhaust pipe and under-body heat shields. Sensor access is limited. Crowfoot design allows the socket wrench to slip over the sensor wire without cutting the wire and provides the clearance need to access the sensor body without dropping the exhaust system. Exhaust system heat and corrosion makes sensor removal difficult. Reinforced crowfoot design and 6 & 12 -Point SP Grip Drive provides added torque strength by contacting the sensor body instead of the hex tips. 1/2 in.; square opening is provided for breaker bar use.
